VFR TOUR 2011 --> 2012 Transfer leg

RULES
- In order to participate you must been registered on IVAO network;

The leg must be flown on-line, at the normal simulation rate 1x, with real weather conditions.

The leg must be validated. Completed flight report have to be sent after the leg using the appropriate form. Note down take-off time and landing time: it will be asked you to report them later (UTC Time ).

Please pay attention to your flight plan. Flight plan with wrong departure/arrival ICAO code will be rejected; flight plan with ZZZZ-ZZZZ as dep/arr code will be rejected.

The leg must be flown according to Visual Flight Rules with real weather conditions allowing VFR flights. Before starting your VFR flight always make sure that weather conditions are according to VMC from departure airports to destination and that most likely will remain that way for the time necessary to complete the flight. If you fly at night set daylight in FS time and remember to write "SIMULATING DAYLIGHT" in the remarks of the flight plan.

Minimum allowed altitude is 1000ft AGL or 500ft AGL over the sea (unless otherwise stated).

Maximum allowed speed is 180 Kts IAS.

The leg must be flown only with single engine prop or twin engine prop FIXED WING category A (Vref<90Kias) aircraft as long as it is suitable with the departure airport and/or the destination airport.

The route indicated in the briefing is MANDATORY.

We will not validate a leg performed with DIRECT GPS or a route that somehow deviate from the one prescribed for the leg. This procedure is not in the spirit of our tour. You can anyway use GPS or any other navigational aids to determine your position as long as this doesn't become the primary method of navigation.

NOTE: the leg and the report will be monitored to check the position of the aircraft along the entire route the altitude and the speed. We will use this system to verify the respect of the above stated rules.

ATC guidance is not necessary all the way for the leg to be validated.

WARNING: this leg is MANDATORY for all pilots who completed the VFR Tour 2011 and want to start the new VFR Tour 2012.
