Welcome to the IVAOTM(International Virtual Aviation Organisation) Italy Division website.
IVAOTM provides all users, for free, the tools to create a very realistic flying simulation environment. This includes, a real-time system for online flying (as pilot) and controlling (as air traffic controller), databases with aviation information, and organizing training and online events.

Division Awards
In the membership section of the website you will find all the information related to the Italy division awards active at the moment like the "Pilot Award" to support ATC practical exams and the "ATC Awards" 2009, soon replaced by the 2010 version. "Live" from FLIGHT SIMULATOR SHOW, Verona
As last year, IVAO Italia will be present on Saturday, 6th and on Sunday, March 7th at the Model Expo Italy fair in Verona as exhibitors, actively involved in the FLIGHT SIMULATOR SHOW 2010 organized by PVI. At the stand we will open many ATC positions, from GND to ACC: screens from different positions will be send to a screen and the relative TS audio channel broadcasted live for visitors. GND and TWR positions will be opened using IvAi. You are all invited to fly to and/or from Verona (LIPX) during the opening hours that is from 09.30 UTC till 16.30 UTC on Saturday and Sunday to have a good amount of traffic so to show all visitors at the stand what IVAO is all about.
Whoever during those days will be in Italy around Verona is invited to join us at the fair!
PVI (Piloti Virtuali Italiani), the most important Italian Flight Simulation Association, to celebrate the 15° years of activity is organizing a “Flight Simulator Show” (FSS2010), that will be held in Verona (Italy) on March 6th and 7th 2010.
During these particular "training sessions" staff members with the cooperations of certified local trainers will be available on certain airports to help new pilots and ATCs with their first connection to the network , their first flight and their first controlling session.
The goal is to help all new members of the division to become familiar with virtual flying and controlling on the IVAO ™ network.
